This is a Live Auction that will take place at the Texline Center, 100 N. 3rd. in Texline, TX at 1:00 pm CDT on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon CDT. We will offer in an Absolute Auction this 472.4 acre irrigated farm located nine miles southeast of Clayton, NM.

There are 288 + irrigated acres under four pivots (two full circles and two small windshield wiper sprinklers). There are three irrigation wells. There have been three test holes drilled on this farm and there is a permit for two additional irrigation well.  There is a domestic well and a septic system at the house. The farm’s east boundary is the Texas / New Mexico State Line.

On Tuesday, October 6th from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon CDT, we will be at the farm for an open house / farm tour.  This would be a great time to come by and find out more about this farm and our auction process.
