Tract 1 consists of approximately 143 acres of native grassland. Stateline Rd (CR 25) runs along the north side of this tract, providing great access to the tract. If Tracts 1 and 2 are sold to different Buyers, there shall be an Easement on Tract 1 for access to the Tract 2 Septic System.
