TRACT 13 

This farm is located south of Tract 12 along CR 518 and totals 322.26 +/- acres. Approximately 2.762 acres with two homesites on the west side are cut out and reserved. 

Irrigation water is provided by three submersible wells.  There is a fourth well that does not have a pump in the hole.  

Water is disbursed through two ¼ mile sprinkler systems.  In the north is a 1985 Zimmatic Sprinkler System, and in the south is a 2008 Valley Sprinkler System.  The farm produced 500 gpm on August 25, 2021 per the Tenant.  Two fertilizer tanks located at Well 13C (1-3,000 gallon and 1-1,500-gallon) will convey with the property.
