Tract 4

This is a 154.8 +/- acre tract, with 148.19 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program.  The balance of 6 +/- acres is native grassland.  CRP contract #10090E expires in 2022. The 2021/2022 payment in the amount of $5,514.15 will convey to the Buyer. This tract has an irrigation well (Well #3) that has not been used in sometime. The condition of the well is unknown. There is an electrical pole on the northwest corner of the tract with a power line running to Tract 3. This tract is accessed from US 287 in the southwest corner or from County Road 2 along the east side. All minerals owned by the Seller will convey to the Buyer.
