Tract 5 is 160 + acres on the east side of County Rd 2 one mile south of Hwy 152. This is a level dryland farm, currently fallow, wheat was harvested off of this tract in 2023. There is three-phase electricity on the north side of this tract and on the west side of County Rd 2.
